Speaker’s Payment Policy
For each accepted workshop proposal, there will be one complementary registration for a first presenter, and a second registration at half off registration rates offered. Any additional speakers will have to pay the full registration fee. Discount codes for speakers will be given at the time acceptance of the workshop proposal.
Participants can register online and pay for their registration using a major credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) or pay via check or purchase order.
In order to participate in the conference, payments must be received on-site at time of registration check-in.

You can cancel your registration through June 1, 2011 and receive a full refund. Starting June 2, 2011 you will be subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 2, 2011. You may cancel your registration by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registrations can be modified or substitutions can be made through August 2, 2011. Click the following link to Modify or Substitute.
